A full range of amenities and services are included in one monthly fee, including chef-designed and prepared meals, utilities, local telephone service, cable TV, a car garage and full housekeeping, laundry and maintenance services. Each home is furnished, has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, dining room and living room, while each resident has the privacy of their own bedroom and bath to decorate as they wish.
Our shared, cottage-style homes are located adjacent to the Briar Hill Health Care Residence campus. For safety and security, residents have the added advantage of healthcare monitoring and the comfort of knowing that assistance is close by. Physician offices, shopping, banking, the library, post office and restaurants are all within walking distance. Social activities are provided and there are many opportunities to develop new friendships.
